Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our growth strategy and expand our market presence across East Africa. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and help position NovFeed as the leading sustainable feed solution provider in the region.

• Develop and implement business growth strategies for new and existing markets
• Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with key stakeholders in the aquaculture value chain
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
• Represent NovFeed at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop compelling value propositions
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and clients
• Monitor business development performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership
• Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in agriculture or aquaculture sectors
• Strong understanding of East African markets and business landscape
• Proven track record of successful partnership development and negotiation
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to identify market opportunities
• Strong presentation and communication skills
